We are friends, mothers, environmentalists, scientists, and engineers.

We used to be skeptical of nuclear. Now we consider it essential to protecting our children from pollution, our landscapes from sprawl, and future generations from global warming.

We have learned much about how nuclear power works from our experience working at Diablo Canyon, California's last nuclear power plant. We started this web site to share Nuclear Narratives and answer questions. We also hope to begin a dialogue with those who are skeptical of nuclear — we were skeptical too, but now we have the information we need to make an informed decision.
